Learning to trust can be challenging.
Not just trusting the process or people, but life itself.
Because life often doesn't go the way we want.
Or the way we expect.
When we have expectations of life we start to form attachments.
We then want our business or career to go the way we expect.
If our relationships don't happen the way we want or expect we get depressed.
Yet if we lighten up our grip on our expectations, we might get surprised.
Holding intentions instead of expectations often gives life more room to work with.
Allowing things to show in a different way or a different manner than we envisoned.
That lack of trust in life then gets reflected in our energy.
And in how we approach so many things in life.
It squeezes out so many possibilities, that it becomes almost inevitable that we will be disappointed.
Disappointed then leads us to not trust.
Just trust a little at first.
Then build upon our experiences learning to trust just a bit more each time.
This is not to encourage us o trust blindly, but to trust with our eyes wide open.
When the unexpected comes, and it always will, we can learn to trust even the unexpected serves us in some way.
Soon, we can learn to trust more and more as we see how our trust leads us to better and better results.
Something far beyond our imagination.
Bringing so much joy to our hearts and our spirits.
All from building our trust-muscles.
So learning to trust n life may not be easy, but it is certainly rewarding.
What can you do to start trusting in life just a bit more?
