Almost all of us lead busy lives.

We rush from one meeting to another.

Between work, family and friends, we may feel we have no time for ourselves.

Going from one task to another in a constant rush.

It can feel overwhelming.

As if we cannot catch our breath.

So we miss our most powerful tool.

The thing that can bring us back into presence and calm the storm of activity that's all around us.

It is such a simple tool that we often forget about it.

The very key to finding our peace is right under our noses.

For the ultimate tool for slowing down this frantic world is our breath.

Our breath is the key to unlocking our greatest superpower.

To finding our center when we feel lost or confused.

And coming back to ourselves when everyone around us tries to pull us in different directions.

Just take a breath.

A deep long inhale.

Slowing our exhale for it take as long as it wants.

The breath is our ultimate way to find ourselves back home.

Home in our bodies, home in our spirit.

It can bring greater awareness to the present moment.

While giving us a little time and space to just be without doing anything.

We might think that we're not doing anything by breathing.

But we would be wrong.

Breathing is the most essential act we accomplish.

Without our breath we die.

With our breath, we can find our way through anything.

Our breath is our greatest asset that we can use when we are stressed, confused, angry, or nervous.

When we use our breath to slow down, take a moment, we can calm our nervous system and relax our body.

Best of all, it is free.

No payment is required to just breath.

Yet it brings us a wealth of information and energy.

Life will always be busy.

People will always want something from us.

There will always be more things to do.

Through it all, our breath is there to serve us.

To remind us that we can take a moment to do nothing else except breath.

When was the last time you took a long, purposeful breath?

Can you take a moment right now to just breath?
