Sometimes we say yes to something without knowing why.

‍

Someone asks us to help out, and we just say yes.

‍

It might not be convenient, yet we do it anyway.

‍

And when we show up for it we are often surprised.

‍

Even overwhelmed.

‍

For when we step up and pitch in when it is asked of us there are so many rewards.

‍

This does not mean we don't have boundaries.

‍

It does not mean we always say yes.

‍

Sometimes a no is what comes out of us.

‍

Either way is fine as lone we are honoring ourselves and others.

‍

Yet that special moment when we do show up without knowing why can be so magical.

‍

Perhaps when we go to help a friend we meet someone new.

‍

Maybe when we volunteer to run an event we get a chance to shine our genius.

‍

Whatever the situation, there is always an opportunity we never suspected.

‍

It is the magic in the field of possibilities.

‍

For we can't really see the consequences of our choices.

‍

It is impossible to see around the corner of the future.

‍

So the best thing we can do is follow our heart.

‍

Listen to the calling of the feeling of any given situation.

‍

Does it feel right or not?

‍

Do things flow easily or not?

‍

These can be indicators of whether that really is the right direction to go in.

‍

So where an you say yes to life?
