Art's journey began in engineering, but his passion for technology led him to implement enterprise applications. His dedication and expertise were quickly recognized, and he was recruited into a presales role at a major software company. Art subsequently held presales, sales, and sales management positions in several other companies. In 1999, Art was promoted to sales enablement—a pivotal career shift. In 2004, Art founded his own sales enablement company and was subsequently recruited by a global learning company, where he worked for three years. In 2009, Art went on his own again and has been offering his portfolio of consultative sales transformation services to global B2B clients ever since, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to his craft.

One of Art's outstanding successes was the implementation of a sales transformation program in2005 for a global electronics manufacturing outsourcer. Using the proven Sales Opportunity Snapshot® methodology supported by a robust embedded CRM app, they achieved a 22% increase in bookings and a 16-pointincrease in their win rate in just the first two years. The client has engaged Art to this day as their primary sales methodology provider, a testament to his reliability and commitment to long-term success, instilling confidence in his services.

Art resides in Pittsburgh, PA, where he enjoys spending time with his spouse and family, traveling for business and pleasure, working on remodeling projects, and helping family and friends. These personal interests add depth to his professional profile, making him more relatable to the audience.
