[NEW EPISODE] The Courage to Live Healthier, Wealthier, & Longer

This week on Voices of Courage, host Ken D. Foster is joined by Julie Renee Doering, a Quantum Health Activator, Visionary, and award-winning poet who awakens a whole new level of awareness and discovery in her visionary poetic and deeply spiritual work, Chris Burres, a scientific researcher who has pioneered the use of an astonishing molecule called ESS60 that has amazing properties, which include enhancing sleep and boosting immunity, and Dr. Patrick Wanis, a world-renowned Human Behavior Expert who is recognized for his Subconscious Rapid Transformation Technique, designed for trauma, PTSD, and other behavioral and relational issues, to discuss breaking the cycle of stress and sleeplessness and living a longer and healthier life.

Segment 1

Ken tells us today’s show is about living healthier, wealthier, and longer, through the power of changing your mind first. If you change the way you think, you can begin a journey to healthy living. Ken introduces his first guest, Julie Renee Doering, a Quantum Health Activator, author, and poet. Julie explains that she survived the atomic bomb testing in the Nevada desert as a child. She had several surgeries and cancers, and learned about the human body and regeneration of organs as she went through these struggles. She explains that humans are supposed to live longer than we do, and that our mental belief system causes us to age faster through expectation. Julie explains that you can follow certain exercises and hand movements to access the energetic field of transformation. She explains that a “master cell” is a cell you’ve had since you were born with blueprints for every organ in you. She taps into this master cell to stimulate cell growth and regenerate small organs that have been removed.

Segment 2

Ken asks Julie why cells break down in the first place. She explains that toxins in the air, water and food, and programming in our cells all work at breaking cells down. Ken asks how can we protect ourselves from our environments? Julie says using techniques like the hand movements she mentioned earlier can help, as well as healthy living, air and water filters, and strengthening your system to repel toxins (meditation and nutrients). Creating a space that encourages healthy living also helps - a space with lots of yellow will promote memory, while green will promote health and wealth.

Segment 3

Ken asks Julie how you can clear a fuzzy brain. She explains meditation, drinking lots of water, and healthy eating can clear a brain. Drinking water consistently is very important because our brain does not retain much water, and needs a constant influx for optimal operation. For afternoon fuzzy brean, switch your meal to veggies, healthy fat, and lean protein. Every 30 minutes, leave your computer and walk around to stop your brain and body from going into rest. Fasting can also help stimulate stem cells and cell growth.

Ken asks, do you think anything can be healed? Julie explains her techniques have regenerated organs and healed cancer, and that she believes anything can be healed. She explains healing takes a long term investment, and you must be patient. Ken asks Julie about her book, 100% You Formula. Julie tells us it explains how you can begin to heal yourself and access your blueprint and get started on a path to better living. To check out her books visit her website, JulieRenee.com, or look up the title on Amazon.

Segment 4

Ken welcomes guest Chris Burres, a research engineer who is helping people live healthier and longer lives. Chris explains that he works with Dr. Patrick Wanis to deliver value and specifically to help people sleep. Chris explains that emotions of extreme loss from quarantine can increase anxiety and make sleep difficult. When you don’t get enough sleep, you’re less able to handle your emotions the next day, leading to a cycle of sleeplessness.

Ken asks for some sleeping tips from Dr. Patrick’s book, and Chris delves into the proper way to nap. Naps can be beneficial, but only if you take a nap of 30 minutes or less (or risk disrupting your Circadian rhythm). Don’t take a nap after 4pm, because this could also interrupt your rhythm. Constant blue light from screens can also mess up your sleep. Get your phones out of your bedroom or turn them off an hour or two before you go to sleep.

Chris talks about a molecule he’s been working with, ESS60. This molecule has been found to extend longevity by 90% and prevent cancer in rats. Testimonials from customers have been great, improved aches, pains, mental focus, and sleep. This product has not yet been FDA tested, but has had great results so far.
