Segment  1

The quotes from Abraham and the Universe remind us to be secure in ourselves. Sam expresses how when we truly connect to ourselves we have a perspective that all is well. Sam then introduces today’s topic: the most important relationship in our lives. He describes how the relationship we have with ourselves is crucial to improving our relationships with others. He reminds us that we are whole within ourselves and we can find the perspective to recognize this truth.

Segment 2

Sam invites us to question how we talk to ourselves when we are alone. He notes that we should be aware of how we talk to and treat ourselves. He shares his personal experience of valuing himself leading to better relationships with all his family members.
